CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Dear parents/carers

As a school, we are following Public Health England’s advice regarding the Coronavirus. The current advice is that we will not be closed but this is something that could change in the future. We are currently formulating a plan to ensure we can give children work to complete at home if we have a forced closure.

Currently we are

  • Encouraging children to wash their hands for 20 seconds regularly.
  • Trying to minimise hand touching e.g. by high fiving less.
  • Paying particular attention to hard surfaces such as tables, when cleaning.

Please could you

  • Also encourage hand washing (antibacterial washing up liquid works well if you can’t get anything else)
  • Inform us if you, or any of your close family, have been to any areas in the world now quarantined.
