Parent Code of Conduct

At Woodland View Primary and Nursery School, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, respectful and inclusive school community.

Our Parent and Visitor Code of Conduct helps us all to work together positively to create a safe and supportive environment for our children, families and staff.

Recently, we have received reports of parents and carers not using respectful language on the school site. Please may we remind everyone that inappropriate or offensive language, including swearing, is not acceptable anywhere on school grounds.

We understand that, at times, emotions can run high; however, our school must remain a calm and safe place for everyone. Children are always listening and learning from the adults around them, and we appreciate your help in modelling positive behaviour.

Any reports of bad language or other breaches of our code of conduct will be followed up by the Senior Leadership Team, and in serious or repeated cases, may result in a site ban.

We know that all of our families share our commitment to making Woodland View a happy, respectful and caring place to learn. Thank you for your continued support.
