To Parents/Carers,

After school clubs will be running every day after school from Monday – Friday at 3:00pm – 4:00pm starting week commencing Monday, 24^th February 2020. The clubs will finish on Friday, 27^th March. We are offering a variety of sports and activities across the whole school and would relish the opportunity for your child to attend. Children who are taking part in a sports club MUST wear their school PE kit to attend.

We are very lucky to have Premier Sports in school again this term. Trained coaches will be coming into school to deliver Gymnastics for Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) on a Friday and Cheerleading for Key Stage 2 (Years 3 – 6) on a Monday.

Places are limited, so please hand in ASAP to the office.

In order for your child to attend any of the after school clubs the reply slip OVERLEAF must be completed, signed and handed in to the office by FRIDAY 7^th FEBRUARY. If your child wishes to take part in one or more club please state their first, second, third choices etc. ALL children who apply will receive at least one place in a club of their choice. If spaces are available for another club they may get a place there too. If they have had a turn in popular club that has already been run then that place will be given to a child who missed out on their choice last time. You will receive a text to say that your child has received a place in a club as soon as possible.

If you later decide your child is not able to attend any clubs please let school know ASAP because there are waiting lists for most clubs.
