Dear Parents, Granparents and Carers,

We are celebrating Book Week by holding some special events in school.  On Thursday 27^th February, the Book People Book Bus will be in our car park and you will have the opportunity to take your child before and after school.  If you can’t make it, each class will be visiting the Book Bus and they can bring money with them.  Books start around £3 and pencils are 50p.  A leaflet will be going out shortly with more information. 

Each class will be having an author focus week from Mon 2^nd March to Friday 6^th March.

World Book Day will be on Wednesday 4^th March.  Children may dress up as a favourite book character – lots of ideas online – there will be prizes. 

We are holding a second hand book sale on Wednesday 4^th March from 10p a book - in the hall - at break time and after school.  Please come and support it or send some money with your child. 

Each child will also receive a free book.
