Christmas Letter

17 December 2019 (by Jodie Binch (Jbinch))

Dear all

I wanted to write at this festive time of year to give our heartfelt thanks to those of you that support us wholeheartedly and recognise that we always strive to go the extra mile for your children. We may not always get everything 100% right, but we are after all only human and be rest assured that everything we do has your child’s best interests at its core.

I also wanted to say that thanks and appreciation goes a long, long way, your generosity towards the staff at Christmas overwhelms us but I saw this poem on twitter and wanted to share it with you.

When you’re thinking what to buy us, it can seem really tough,

Wondering what staff would like and if it will be enough,

We just want to let you know as we reach the end of the year,

All we ask is that you smile, be kind and spread Christmas cheer.

We’re glad that you can join us, as our festive events take place,

You can show your appreciation and thank us face to face,

We love those heartfelt words in your little thank you notes,

Those personal touches of a child’s drawing or something that they wrote.

We work so hard all year round, to make your children smile,

Please make time to show your thanks when we go the extra mile,

Don’t take offence in this message that we share,

Don’t buy a gift but show us kindness and appreciate we care.

Have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year. See you in 2020!
