Dear Parents/Carers,
Just a few points to note for Our Magna Trip on Thursday, 21st November.
Please can children arrive promptly, as we hope to be leaving for the coach at 8:45am.
Children can wear non-uniform but please ensure they wear a school jumper or cardigan as they are also easily identified to school and museum staff. We have been told that it will be cold inside the museum so please dress your children warmly for the day.
Children need to bring a packed lunch preferably in a rucksack. If your child has a free school meal we will provide a lunch for your child but they should bring a drink if possible.
Children do NOT need to bring any money to spend in the shop.
We will be returning to school before the end of the day, please collect your child as normal from the playground. If for any reason we may be late back we will let you know as soon as possible.
We are looking forward to the day; any questions please speak to your child’s class teacher.
