Dear Parent/Carer/Guardian,

Year 1/2 Visit to Cineworld, Chesterfield on Wednesday 20^th November 2019.

As part of the Film Festival week we are arranging a trip to Cineworld, Chesterfield to watch Dora and the lost city of gold.

The cost of the visit is being subsidised by the school and £6 per pupil is required to ensure that the visit can go ahead. The cost includes the cinema ticket and the coach.  This will need to be paid by Monday 11th November 2019 via online payments.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept any further booking after this cut-off date and arrangements will be made for children who have not booked and paid for the trip to remain in school.

On the day children will need to be in their classroom by 8.30am promptly for register, as we will leave for the coach at 8.40am. Your child may bring a drink and an individual snack.  We will be returning back to school for lunch as usual.

We thank you for your support in enabling us to enhance your child’s learning through additional activities like this trip.
