Dear Parent/Guardian,

Curriculum Visit to National Space Centre - Leicester.

As part of our topic on Space, we are planning an exciting visit to the National Space Centre, Leicester on Thursday 10^th October 2019.

A total of £16.00 per pupil is required to ensure that the visit can go ahead. This must be paid by Monday 30^th September 2019.

On the day children will need to be in their classroom by 8.35am promptly as the coach will leave at 9am. We will be returning back to school by 3.30 - 4pm and your child will need to be collected at this time from Back Lane.  A text will be sent from the office to confirm our arrival time on the day.

A packed lunch will be required, if your child receives free school meals and you require a packed lunch to be provided by the School kitchen, please indicate on the form below.
