Dear Parents & Carers
Our trip to Cleethorpes is fast approaching and we are getting really excited. Please find below the schedule for the day.

8:30 |
Please meet us on Back Lane with your child. If your child is in breakfast club we will bring them with us from school. |

8:50 |
Bus departs promptly, we will not wait for any late comers. |

Arrive in Cleethorpes |
If you are accompanying your child, the day is yours to spend with your child and their friends. If your child is staying with staff we will spend the day exploring the beach and Cleethorpes. |
|
Lunch |
Provide your own lunch for yourself and your child. If your child is with a member of staff for the day you could send them with a packed lunch or money to go to the Chip Shop. |
|
Time for departure will be arranged with the bus driver on the day (Approximately 2pm) |
Meet us back at the coach for a prompt departure. |

4/4:30 |
Arrive back at school. We will message the parents of those unable to attend with a rough estimate of arrival time to back lane. |
Children do not have to wear school uniform.
Things you might need for the day
- Picnic/money to buy lunch.
- Suntan lotion
- Hats
- Towel and Swimwear
- A small bucket and spade
- Plenty to drink
- Money for the arcades.
Please remember that if you are attending the trip, your child is your responsibility for the day. On the day, we will inform you of a mobile number for you to contact us on if there are any problems.
