Dear Parent/Carer/Guardian,

Visit to Cleethorpes on Wednesday 17th July

As part of our seaside topic we are ending the school year with a Year 2 trip to Cleethorpes. This is a parent and child trip for you both to enjoy. Your child will be your responsibility for the day and the day is yours to do as you wish. If you are unable to attend the trip with your child, they will spend the day with a members of staff. If you would like you are able to sign parental responsibility to another adult joining us. Please speak to a member of staff if this is something you would like to do.

The cost of the coach is being subsidised by school but £10 per place is required to ensure the visit can go ahead. This should be paid by Friday 12^th July to ensure the trip is confirmed and paid for prior to the visit. Children attending the trip unaccompanied by an adult may bring some money with them in a labelled purse/wallet. A packed lunch will be optional, if your child receives free school meals this will be provided by the school kitchen.

On the day the coach will leave at 9am We will be returning back to school by 4.30pm.
