Dear Parents/Guardians,

Unfortunately due to the weather forecast for Wednesday, 15th July we have decided to postpone our Year 4 picnic invitation and move it to Friday, 17th July.

11.15 pm – children can be dropped off through the main entrance. Parents must leave through our one-way system through the bottom gate.

1.15 pm- children must be collected. Please enter through the main entrance and leave with your child through the bottom gate.

If your other children are currently in school, they can also be collected at this time.

Please send your child with picnic food, in a carrier bag that can be thrown away. Please ensure your child has gone to the toilet before they arrive at school. Your children will be supervised by adults not currently in a bubble with other children. Children will be encouraged to socially distance and will be in groups of children they know.
