Report Letter

10 July 2020 (by Jodie Binch (Jbinch))

Friday 10th July

Dear Parent/ carers,

It’s that time of year again where you will receive your child’s report. As you can imagine, it would be very difficult and costly for us to deliver or post 385 reports, so we are asking where ever possible that you call in to collect your child’s report. Rites of passage paraphernalia will also be available to collect at this time. To ensure we are complying with government social distancing guidelines, we will be giving out reports on different days to avoid too many people being on site at once. So you only need to come to school once, siblings’ reports can be collected together. You will be able to collect all your children’s reports on the youngest sibling’s day from the main school gate.

Please see below your allocated day to collect your children’s report. Please only send one adult from your household. It may be a good idea to bring a carrier bag if you’re collecting multiple children’s reports.

Wednesday 15th July between 9.30 and 11.30- EYFS children and older siblings

Thursday 16th July between 9.30 and 11.30- KS1 children and older siblings

Friday 17th July between 9.30 and 11.30- KS2 children

If your child is attending school at the moment, we will send their report home with them. You may send a friend to collect your reports for you at the above times if you wish.

If you are at work during the day and so cannot collect in the mornings, we will have all reports that are uncollected out on Monday 20th July, between 3.30pm and 5pm.

We look forward to seeing you at some point in the next two weeks.

We hope you have a lovely weekend

Kind regards

Ruby Grey
