Dear parents, carers and grandparents,
Our first topic for Year Four is looking at Europe and comparing York and Rome. We have organised a trip to York for Tuesday 14th September.
This trip will be fully funded by school so no contribution is needed. We will be leaving school at 8.45am so please ensure your child is at school for 8.35am. We will be returning to Back Lane at approximately 4pm.
Please ensure your child has a packed lunch and a drink (no fizzy drinks please). If you wish to order a school packed lunch, please inform us by Thursday 9th September. Your child will need to bring a coat and wear sensible footwear as we will be doing lots of walking.
